This program is designed for serious practitioners and teachers who want to deepen their practice and explore the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga along with other modalities that will ensure teaching becomes a natural outcome of the practice. This practice is minimum 3 hours per session. Certificate of completion is obtained after 100 hours.
